Move beyond one shared time slot.
A business with several employees needs a calendar that reflects more than the owner’s availability. Detailr lets you add employees to the schedule so appointments can be organized across the team. Keep each person’s hours current and establish responsibility for the work.
Book people, then check the operating constraints.
Employee availability is one part of capacity. A mobile crew may share a vehicle or equipment. A shop may have a limited number of usable work areas. Plan around those constraints and the skills required by each service, rather than assuming every open employee slot is interchangeable.
Include the entire selected service.
Packages and add-ons determine how much work the appointment contains. Detailr accounts for extra add-on time; the business should also plan preparation, handoff and travel where relevant. A fuller calendar is valuable when the appointments can actually be delivered well.
Give the team a clear start to the day.
Review assignments, vehicles, locations and customer messages before work begins. Identify who handles a changed request and who communicates completion. Clear ownership prevents the customer from receiving conflicting answers or waiting for a response everyone assumed someone else would send.
Questions, answered.
Does Detailr charge detailers a subscription or earnings commission?
No. Detailr does not charge detailers a software subscription or take a Detailr commission from their service earnings. The platform is funded by a customer transaction fee.
Can a business schedule recurring services and multiple employees?
Yes. Detailr supports recurring bookings, subscriptions, packages, add-ons and employee scheduling. Add-ons account for the additional time they add to a job. Set realistic services and employee hours in the app.
