Plan capacity for a team of detailers

Connect employee hours, service duration and the physical limits of your operation.

01

Count available people accurately.

Add team members and their work hours, then review which appointments each person can handle. A calendar should reflect actual availability. If employees have different responsibilities or service capabilities, account for those differences in your operating plan.

02

Check the shared resources.

Two available employees may still depend on one mobile vehicle, one piece of equipment or one work area. Consider those constraints before filling overlapping slots. Include package and add-on time, preparation, handoff and travel where relevant. Do not confuse theoretical hours with usable service capacity.

03

Review the day as a team.

Before work starts, confirm assignments, addresses and customer questions. Establish who handles changes and communicates completion. After the day, note which durations or assumptions were inaccurate and use that information to improve the next schedule.

Questions, answered.

Where can I see actual services and appointment times?

Open Detailr and use your location to explore participating businesses, their packages and available appointments. Prices and availability vary by provider and location.

What should I review before booking?

Check the selected vehicle, service inclusions, extras, location, appointment time, complete total including the customer transaction fee, and the applicable terms. Message the business if anything is unclear.
