Pricing

Free for detailers. Clear for customers.

Understand Detailr pricing: no detailer subscription or Detailr commission on service earnings, funded by a customer transaction fee.

01

No Detailr software subscription for detailers.

Detailr does not charge detailers to use its business tools and does not take a commission from their service earnings. Bookings, packages, recurring services, employee scheduling and customer messaging belong to the same platform. A solo operator and a growing team can focus on organizing service rather than adding a Detailr software subscription.

02

How the platform is funded.

Customers pay a transaction fee when booking through Detailr. Review the fee and complete booking total before confirming. Your checkout and applicable terms establish the charge. Detailers set the services customers choose from.

03

Compare the complete cost of your current setup.

List the tools you currently pay for: booking software, customer management, appointment messaging and any overlapping subscriptions. Identify which tasks Detailr can handle for your operation. Only count a cost as a saving if you can actually stop paying it; a phone or email account used for other business purposes may still be needed.

04

See what fewer subscriptions could mean.

A business replacing $150 per month of overlapping software would avoid $1,800 per year in those subscription costs. This is arithmetic using a hypothetical input, not a measured Detailr customer result or a competitor quote. Advertising, labor, payment obligations and business overhead need their own assessment.

05

What to check before moving.

Review the platform terms, your existing software commitments and the workflows your business needs. Confirm packages, employee hours and recurring arrangements in the app. For questions about charges or payments, contact Detailr support. The goal is a clear operating choice, not a claim that every business has the same costs.

Questions, answered.

Does Detailr charge detailers a subscription or earnings commission?

No. Detailr does not charge detailers a software subscription or take a Detailr commission from their service earnings. The platform is funded by a customer transaction fee.

Can a business schedule recurring services and multiple employees?

Yes. Detailr supports recurring bookings, subscriptions, packages, add-ons and employee scheduling. Add-ons account for the additional time they add to a job. Set realistic services and employee hours in the app.
