Making the product work as a whole
Trey Everett Hugan is Detailr Corp’s technical co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. He works on the applications and the technical decisions that connect their workflows. In Detailr, that means considering how profiles, availability, bookings and communication fit together as a usable service.
Connected workflows matter.
A customer sees a straightforward action: choose a business, select a service and book. Behind that action, the application needs consistent information about the vehicle, provider, time and location. Trey’s technical role sits where those product requirements become implementation decisions.
Working with product and business direction
Trey works with CEO Jacob Brink to translate priorities into application work. Their responsibilities meet in the details of the user journey: what information is required, which action comes next and how the experience should respond when something needs attention.
Building with practical constraints in view
Useful software has to account for real users and real conditions. A provider may offer different packages; a customer may need to clarify access; an appointment may require follow-up. Detailr’s development brings these connected tasks into a focused experience for customers and independent detailing businesses.
The operating problem behind the product.
Detailing businesses need more than an appointment request. They need the chosen package, optional work, a realistic duration, an available employee and a way to communicate with the customer. Trey’s technical role connects those requirements across the application so the booking journey can function as a whole.
A business model built into the product.
Detailr combines a customer marketplace with business tools that carry no Detailr subscription charge or earnings commission for detailers. Recurring bookings, subscriptions and direct messaging support an ongoing service relationship. For Trey, that requires attention to how service choices, durations, schedules and communication fit together.
Explore the work, not just the title.
The clearest way to understand the founding team’s approach is to examine the product decisions: packages that explain the work, add-ons that account for time, employee schedules that reflect capacity and messages that keep an appointment organized. These are the practical concerns shaping Detailr’s customer and detailer experience.
